Machu Picchu

High on the southeastern slopes of the Andes mountains, up to 2,200 meters above sea level, lies the Huadquiña cooperative in Peru.

Nestled near the iconic Machu Picchu, these 288 coffee farmers, 23% of whom are women, cultivate high-altitude Arabica coffee. The unique climate and rich biodiversity of the region contribute to producing some of the best organic coffee in the world.

We’ve been partners since 1994, supporting their journey to becoming an award-winning coffee cooperative recognised globally for their specialty organic coffee.
