Machu Picchu

Huadquiña Cooperative. Andes slopes, Peru. 2,200 meters up and close to the iconic site of Machu Picchu.

Near Machu Picchu, 288 farmers (23% women) grow high-altitude Arabica coffee. The region’s unique climate and rich biodiversity produce some of the best organic coffee in the world.

We’ve worked together since 1994, building a cooperative now recognised globally for its specialty coffee. Multi-awards can do that.

Mayan Gold

CESMACH Cooperative. Chiapas, Mexico, near the Guatemala border.

CESMACH farmers grow organic coffee in Mexico’s Parque Natural El Triunfo. It’s a cloud forest and jungle. The farmers work hard to respect its biodiversity and only grow organic coffee.

We’ve worked with them since 2003, and helped through challenges like Hurricane Stan. Their efforts result in Mayan Gold – quality coffee that plays nice with nature.
