Cafédirect has appointed JP Jenkins to facilitate trading in the company’s ordinary shares.

JP Jenkins provides a share trading venue for unlisted or unquoted companies, enabling shareholders and prospective investors to buy and sell shares on a matched bargain basis. JP Jenkins is a trading name of InfinitX Limited and an Appointed Representative of Prosper Capital LLP (FRN 453007).

Cafédirect Plc securities are not traded on a recognised exchange. The company’s Ordinary Shares have been admitted to the JP Jenkins share-matching platform under the ticker CDR.

Shareholders wishing to trade Cafédirect shares can do so through their stockbroker. Trades can be conducted and limits accepted during normal business hours.
