Free delivery on all orders over £25
For now, we can only deliver to addresses within the UK. We’d love to send Cafédirect further afield and hope to offer international delivery in the future.
Spend £25 or more and delivery’s on us. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives within 2–3 working days of your order being placed.
Orders under £25 are sent by Royal Mail for £2.95.
We aim to get your coffee to you within 5 working days of purchase – and it’s often sooner.

Most orders are sent by Royal Mail. Parcels usually arrive within a few days of dispatch and you’ll be able to track your delivery.
Coffee parcels can be a little too big for the letterbox. If you’re not in and your parcel can’t be left safely, Royal Mail will let you know what to do next.

Royal Mail gets particularly busy in the run-up to Christmas, so we recommend ordering as early as possible in December.
To give your coffee the best chance of arriving before Christmas, please place your order before 12pm on 20 December.
