In Italy, where the kitchen is the heart of the home, where cooking is a passion and where meals bring friends and family together, Bialetti is found in nine out of ten households. This is because it is in the kitchen that cooking becomes a passion and where meals, prepared with love, bring families and friends together for hours on end.
Bialetti’s distinctive 8-sided aluminium pot features a 3-part system that uses pressurised steam to push the boiling water up through the coffee grounds: a lower water chamber, a filter coffee basket and a top chamber for the brewed coffee.
The Moka produces a rich, authentic espresso in just minutes. The aluminium pot features Bialetti’s distinctive eight-sided shape that allows it to diffuse heat perfectly to enhance the aroma of your coffee.
How to make espresso coffee with Moka Pot:
For a delicious espresso coffee at home, we recommend trying our Roaster’s Choice Espresso coffee.
Simply fill in the brewer to the line at the bottom with water, insert the filter into the brewer and fill the basket with freshly ground espresso coffee. When full, screw the top and the bottom of the moka pot together and place the coffee pot on a medium heat hob, keeping the handle away from the heat and with the lid open. In a few moments coffee will start bubbling in the top section, once this has stopped, remove the moka pot from the heat and put into your favourite mug or cup.
