Ingredients – Remember to use Fairtrade products where possible!

The Cupcakes:
2 tbsp Cafédirect Machu Picchu Freeze Dried Coffee, dissolved in 1 tbsp warm water
225g butter, softened
225g Fairtrade caster sugar
4 eggs, beaten
225g plain flour, sifted
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp Fairtrade cocoa, sifted
2 tbsp Live Natural Yoghurt or Alpro Soya Plain Yoghurt

The Topping:
250g icing sugar, sifted
80g unsalted butter, softened
25g Live Natural Yoghurt or Alpro Soya Plain Yoghurt

Decoration (optional):
San Cristobal Drinking Chocolate
