Coffee and Walnut Cupcakes
This classic flavour combination makes delicious cupcakes for all the family to enjoy (make sure you bake enough!). Enjoy with a fresh cup of Roast and Ground Machu Picchu coffee to bring out the walnut nuttiness of the cupcakes.

Ingredients – Remember to use Fairtrade products where possible!
175g butter, softened
175g unrefined golden caster sugar
3 large eggs
175g self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp Cafédirect Classics Medium Roast Instant Coffee
65g walnut pieces

The Topping:
100g icing sugar
4 tsp Cafédirect Classics Medium Roast Instant Coffee
4 tbsp boiling water
12 walnut halves
