Coffee & Almond Biscotti
These delicious Coffee & Almond Biscottis are easy and quick to make so try them out, share with friends over a morning coffee or after dinner espresso and tell us what you think!
Makes: 24 biscuits
Ingredients – Remember to use Fairtrade products where possible!
225g self-raising flour
100g Fairtrade golden caster sugar
100g roughly chopped almonds
1 tbsp Cafédirect Classics Medium Roast Freeze Dried Instant coffee (or use our Decaffeinated Organic Instant coffee)
2 eggs
50g slightly salted butter, melted and cooled
