This simple recipe is perfect to make when caught short and you need to whip up something impressive and tasty with cupboard ingredients. Who would have thought drinking chocolate could be so handy!
Serve 1 (or 3) of these cookies with our decaffeinated instant coffees – perfect for dipping!
Makes: 15 large cookies
Ingredients – Remember to use Fairtrade products where possible!
225g butter
50g Fairtrade caster sugar
225g self-raising flour
75g Cafédirect’s San Cristobal Drinking Chocolate
