Terms and Conditions for ‘Show Us Your Pack’ competition to win a year’s supply of São Tomé

1. To be in with a chance of winning, simply email a photo of your with a pack or mug of Sao Tome to friends@cafedirect.co.uk
2. This promotion is open to UK residents except employees of the Promoter and their families and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. All entrants must be aged 16+
3. You must be a Friend of Cafédirect at time of entering. If you are not already a Friend, you can sign up here http://cafedirect.emcsrv.com/profile/ . You will receive a monthly newsletter and can unsubscribe at any time
4. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
5. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be accepted. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted. Entries will become the property of the Promoter.
6. Maximum of one entry per person during the whole promotion. No entrant may win more than one prize
7. The winner will be selected by a team of judges from Cafédirect, with input from Jose Esperansa from Sao Tome. Criteria will be based on quality of photo, composition, and inclusion of Sao Tome hot chocolate in the image. Judges desision is final.
8. Closing date for all entries is midday GMT on 27th July 2011.
9. First Prize is 1 year’s supply of Sao Tome Hot Chocolate (consisting of 12 packs, sent in two batches, 6 months apart) + 2 cafedirect mugs, 5 runners up will receive a ‘tub & mug set’ with will include 1 pack of Sao Tome hot chocolate plus 1 cafedirect mug.
10. All winners be notified by email within 14 days of the 27th July. Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.
11. The prize will be sent to a UK postal address indicated by the winner at time of notification of winning via email.
12. No cash alternative to prizes and prizes are not transferable. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
