Cafédirect Tea Party Competition Terms & Conditions

• This promotion is open to UK residents except employees of the Promoter and their families and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. Entrants must obtain parental/guardian’s permission if under 16.
• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, simply uplaod a photo or video of your Tea Party to the Cafédirect Facebook Tea Party event. Caption this photo or video entry with your name and tell us why your Tea Party was so inventive in 50 words or less.
• No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be accepted. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted. Entries will become the property of the Promoter.
• Maximum of one entry per person during the whole promotion. No entrant may win more than one prize.
• The competition will run from midnight February 1st 2010 to midnight May 31st 2010. The winner will be the entry chosen by the Judges as being the most inventive.
• There is one prize on offer. which is a place at a Fair Cake Cupcake Class to take place in Greenwich, London between June 1st and September 30th 2010. The prize includes travel expenses of up to £50 for the winner (upon proof of valid receipts).
• The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the date of the draw and must claim the prize within 7 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.
• There is no cash alternative. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• Names of the winners can be obtained by contacting the promoter at the address below within four weeks of the final closing date.
