Thierry Akroman
Thierry originally worked for Twin (one of Cafédirect’s founders) as their coffee and cocoa quality person for six years. At Cafédirect, Thierry is our coffee guru, responsible for ensuring the quality of the raw materials purchased (coffee / cocoa) are up to our strict standards, as well as ensuring the quality of the finished products.
When not in his lab inspecting coffee and cocoa beans, Thierry is happiest when indulging in a spot of DIY, sports and being in the company of his friends and family.
