Formerly Cocodirect -same great drinking chocolate, new name and a new look!
We think one of life’s great pleasures is a really good cup of hot chocolate. So we’ve scoured the world for the finest ingredients for ours.
The recipe took a fair bit of crafting, but we found a high cocoa content mixed with some good cane sugar (all sourced from Latin America and the Caribbean) did the trick.
We're delighted with the delicious results and it seems we're not the only ones...

The Marble cheesecake is an absolute chocoholics dream dessert. I made it for a party and everybody loved it. Who cares about the calories when the flavour is Divine!!!! I'm looking forward to making the Pavlova.
