Our nine day eco-lifestyle event was the hub of our Fairtrade Fortnight activities.

We had a great line-up of live events and entertainment including food demonstrations from Tim Maddams of River Cottage, and Joe Swift from Gardener's World; 'eco chic' design ideas from Wayne Hemmingway and Oliver Heath; live music including a performance by Friend of Cafédirect Dayve Dean (below right); an exclusive screening of the film Black Gold; plus children's story time and, of course, lots of lovely coffee direct from the growers.

Amen Mtui (above left) from KNCU and Victor Manuel Salas (above right) from Union Majomut, hosted seed to cup coffee sessions, and Simone (below left) shared his expert cappuccino skills in his barista skills mini-masterclasses.
