This coffee is expertly grown at high altitude in the green fertile highlands of Chiapas, deep in the rural southern heart of Mexico, close to the Guatemalan border. The lush area around the ancient Mayan archaeological site of Palenque is perfect coffee growing country and it was here that four local co-operatives pooled their expertise and passion for coffee.
The result – a rounded Arabica, organic coffee with a velvety texture, enticingly smooth with delicate hints of chocolate & vanilla.
