We have been buying cafe direct for years (and get through quite lot of coffee!) We have just bought a jar of coffee with the first promotional swing tag for this competition which has closed and been judged last year. Doesn’t seem very competative.

I too have been caught out. It is April 2012 and your coffee jars still carry this competition swing tag. A competition which closed before July 2011 according to the last post on this page…..We have been buying cafe direct for years and this is the first jar we have had with the competition swing tag and it is already out of date! Please, please can you ask the retailers to remove this misleading swingtag from your products. Leaving it on only means that you are annoying and potentially alienating loyal customers.
