Richard Scanlon,

Finance Director & Board Member

Richard Scanlon joined Cafédirect as Finance Director in July 2006 and was appointed as an executive member of the Board in September 2006. Richard brings a wealth of finance, business development, and general management experience to Cafédirect.

He is a Chartered Accountant with a successful track record of growing and developing companies, and has spent a number of years living and working abroad, including managing businesses in developing Asian countries.

Before joining Cafédirect, Richard was Business Development Director of Gatwick Airport, having earlier spent over 11 years with TI Group plc, now part of FTSE 100 member Smiths Group plc. He also has experience as
Finance Director of a venture capital-backed,
entrepreneurial start-up company.
