Ingredients:
Two tbsp Cafédirect Classic Blend Premium
Instant Coffee
225 ml milk
One tbsp sugar
Handful ice cubes
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Serve in a tall glass, sit back, relax and enjoy!
Top tip:
For a finishing flourish, add a Cafédirect Gourmet Coffee Bean to each compartment of your ice cube maker. Top with cold coffee and freeze. Use to add a fancy instant chill to your iced coffee.

Makes 1 large jug
Ingredients:
Six Teadirect teabags
Eight sprigs of fresh mint
Two level tbsp caster sugar
Lots of ice cubes
Method:
Make up the tea in a large teapot using the tea-bags and 2 pints of boiling water. Note: Try to save energy by only boiling the
amount of water that you need. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and four sprigs of mint to the teapot. Allow the tea to infuse for 15-20 minutes, and then remove the tea-bags and leave to cool. Once the tea is cold remove the mint from the teapot. Put lots of ice into a glass jug and pour in the cold tea and four more sprigs of mint. Stir thoroughly and serve in tall glasses with more ice.
Top tip:
Pour cold tea into an ice cube tray and freeze. Pop out a few cubes whenever you're ready for a tall cool drink.

A double shot (50ml) of Cafédirect
Espresso Ground Coffee
2 heaped tsp of Cocodirect drinking

225ml milk
Six ice cubes
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blitz for 20 seconds. Et voila! You have a superb, refreshing coffee drink.
