Classic Blend Taste Guarantee: Terms & Conditions

1. The ‘Money Back Guarantee’ offer applies to Cafédirect Classic Blend 100g and 200g jars only. The RRP of Cafédirect Classic Blend 100g is £2.85. The RRP of Cafédirect Classic Blend 200g is £5.35. A full refund will be paid to the consumer for the price that they paid, which is clearly shown on their receipt. Up to a maximum refund of £3 for 100g and £5.50 for 200g.

2. You must make your claim for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

3. Please allow 28 days for receipt of your cheque.

4. Postage costs of second class standard post will be refunded: 24p.

5. Any claims that do not meet the specific requirements will not be processed. Specific requirements are listed on the page of the form entitled “our coffee is our word.”

6. Maximum of one single claim per household of one product only, and no bulk or third party applications accepted.

7. Offer applies to UK residents only. The offer excludes Cafédirect employees, its agents, associates, and the promotional agency.

8. No responsibility will be accepted for applications lost or damaged in the post.

9. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

10. The promotion ends on 31st August 2008. The Money Back Guarantee will not apply to purchases made after that date.

11. Any claim made pursuant to these terms and conditions shall not affect your statutory rights.
