Applications
If we do not currently have any relevant vacancies we would still be delighted to hear from you and what skills you have to offer; we shall keep your details for any appropriate jobs that may arise in future.
For some roles we are particularly interested in advanced language skills – French, Cantonese and Spanish are currently on our list. We are also interested in hearing from anyone with copywriting and project management skills and experience.
If you are interested, please e-mail jobs@cafedirect.co.uk with the subject line “Why I’d love to work for Cafédirect” explaining why in a covering letter and attaching a copy of your CV. It is a pre-requisite that you have a work permit allowing you to work in the United Kingdom. If we do receive a speculative application we regret that we may not be able to respond immediately but shall make contact if an appropriate opportunity arises.
Volunteering
We are always interested to hear from people who would like to volunteer with Cafédirect and we currently have a role for a volunteer to work with the Producer Partnership Programme and Corporate Affairs departments.
If you're interested, please send a brief description of yourself, why you're interested, and your CV to jobs@cafedirect.co.uk quoting ‘PPP/Corp Affairs Volunteer’ in the subject line.
Volunteer days and hours are flexible, but we would prefer having you 2-3 days per week.
We require a minimum commitment of 3 months and it is a pre-requisite that you have a good working knowledge of English; once again having Spanish language skills as well is a big plus.
Internships
We do not have a regular programme for interns: if specific opportunities arise we shall advertise them under current vacancies.
